All personalized items will ship within 7 business days of your order being placed. All non-personalized items will ship within 1-2 business days of your order. You will receive an email with your tracking information that can be used to track your order. Please note, expedited shipping DOES NOT speed up production of any personalized items.

First Class Standard Shipping: Free (3-5 Business Days)

2nd Day Shipping: $25 (2 Business Days)

Overnight Shipping: $45 (1 Business Day)

How do I take care of my Keepsakes Jewelry?

Sterling Silver & Gold Vermeil

For your Sterling Silver & Vermeil jewelry, make sure to keep it stored in the box it came in in order to avoid any scratches. Sterling Silver and Vermeil can be prone to fading and/or tarnishing, but can be easily cleaned to look brand new by using the Keepsakes polishing cloth to bring your piece back to life! For Vermeil jewelry thats lost its shine, we do offer replating services. Contact us at hello@keepsakesjewels.com for more info.

Make sure to remove your jewelry when applying any lotions, creams, perfumes!


10K Gold & 14K Gold

For your 10K Gold & 14K Gold jewelry, make sure to keep it stored in the box it came in in order to avoid any scratches. You can easily clean your 10K Gold & 14K Gold jewelry by using the Keepsakes polishing cloth included in your order to bring your piece back to life!

Keepsakes does all design and production in house, in our facilities located in Houston, Texas.

I want to add Diamonds to my order. Can you help?

Of course! Keepsakes offers diamond upgrades to all of our Personalized collection of nameplates, rings, earrings, and bracelets! We work with conflict free, eye clean goods, ranging from SI, VS, and VVS quality, between G-H color.
